Submitting a packet (pkt) to wildcard.cx is done directly through the PKT Chrome Extension. Please follow these three steps:

1. Download the Extension
   Get the extension package and load it in Chrome:
   Download PKT Chrome Extension (Beta)
   (Go to chrome://extensions, turn on "Developer mode", click "Load unpacked", and select the downloaded folder).
2. Open the Sidebar Panel
   Pin the extension to your toolbar, then click the PKT icon to open the Sidebar panel.
3. Teach PKT the Submission API
   Drag the wildcard.cx PKT below into the extension sidebar to teach PKT about the wildcard submission API:

   Drag me to the sidebar

Once dropped, the extension will then be able to push PKTs to wildcard via the OCI registry API.
